Insert new armature into seal retainer 7 .

Insert seal retainer with armature into
valve body.
G
Put on the spacer.
G
Put on the solenoid coil.
G
Tighten oval headed screws diagonally
(hand tight).
12.5 Diaphragm replacement

Servicing work on the solenoid valve
should only be carried out after the
piping has been depressurized and
drained!
Diaphragm replacement

Release the pressure from the solenoid
valve and from the piping and drain o ff .
G
Disconnect the solenoid coil from power
supply.
G
Remove the oval headed screws 1501 .
G
Pull the solenoid coil 400 o ff the armature
*702 .
G
Remove spacer 103 .
G
Take armature *702 with diaphragm *102
out of valve body.
G
Replace the diaphragm.
G
Insert the seal retainer 7 with the
armature into the valve body.
G
Put on the spacer.
G
Put on the solenoid coil.
G
Tighten the oval headed screws
diagonally (hand tight).
