COOKERY TIPS
1. Refrigerated ingredients, i.e. butter and eggs should be at
r o o m t e m p e r a t u r e b e f o r e m i x i n g b e g i n s . S e t t h e s e
ingredients out ahead of time.
2. Do not over-beat. Be careful that you only mix/blend
mixtures until recommended in your recipe. Fold into dry
ingredients only until just combined. Always use the low
speed.
3. To eliminate the possibility of shells or deteriorated-off eggs
in your recipe, break eggs into separate container first, then
add to the mixture.
4. Always start mixing at slow speeds. Gradually increase to
the recommended speed as stated in the recipe.
5. Climatic conditions. Seasonal temperature changes,
temperature of ingredients and their texture variation from
area to area all play a part in the required mixing time and
the results achieved.

the flour and water percent is 100:72, activating the product
with installed dough hooks at lower speed running for 30
seconds, then running at highest speed for 4 and half
minutes, after the flour can be mixing well.
Remark: the food mixture volume should no more than the
dough hooks auger length, or no more than the beaters
metal sheet length.
4. Ensure that the unit is at the 0 setting, then plug in the
power source.
5. Turn the speed selector to your desired setting, the
appliance will start working and the speed will increase
15% if the turbo button is pressed at any time.
Warning: Do not stick knife, metal spoons, fork and so on
into bowl when operating.
6. The max operation time per time shall not exceed 5 minutes
and minimum 20 minutes rest time must be maintained
between two consecutive cycles. When kneading yeast

for several minutes then set in the top speed to achieve
best results.

USING YOUR HAND / STAND MIXER
1. Place the food that need blend into bowl, then place the
bowl on stand.
2. Assemble proper beaters or dough hooks into hand/stand
mixer.
Note: Beaters can be inserted in either socket, as the
beaters are identical. For dough hooks, the one with
washer can only be inserted into the big socket and the
other one can only be inserted into small socket. The two
dough hooks cannot be inserted in reverse, if they do, the
mixer still can operate, however, you will not get proper
kneading action and you could risk ruining a recipe or
damaging your mixer.
3. Align two fronts of holes below the hand mixer with two
snaps on the top of stand, then press down end of hand
mixer vertically and gently. A click indicates that the mixer
has been assembled correctly.
Note: you can operate without the stand.
Cleaning and Maintenance
1. Unplug the appliance and wait it completely cool down
before clean.
2. Wipe over the outside surface of the head and base with a
dampened cloth and polish with a soft dry cloth.
3. Wipe any excess food particles from the power cord.
4. Wash the mix bowl, beaters and dough hooks in warm soapy
water and wipe dry. The beaters and dough hooks may be
washed in the dishwasher.
Caution: the bowl can be used for dishwasher.
