Rectifying malfunctions
Malfunctions during operation are indicated by the control unit displays. The malfunction diagnosis is
completed using the Geberit SetApp. The malfunctions are displayed in the app in the <Messages> menu.
Malfunction Cause Rectification
No flush actuation,
green LED off Operating voltage inter-
rupted ▶ Check the mains voltage.
▶ Check the power supply unit.
No flush actuation,
green LED flashes.
• No flushing
programme active
• Solenoid valve
defective
• Control unit defective
▶ Check flushing programmes with Geberit SetApp.
▶ Test solenoid valve with the <Test> button.
▶ Replace the control unit.
Red LED flashes.
Warning:
e.g. maintenance
interval expired ▶ Read out malfunction message with Geberit SetApp.
▶ Rectify malfunction according to instructions in the
Geberit SetApp.
