Troubleshooting
Malfunction Cause Rectification
Water is running continuously into
the WC ceramic appliance.
Software fault
▶ Interrupt the power supply
(mains fuse) for 10 seconds.
▶ Restart the WC flush control
with the Geberit app.
Flat gasket of the flush valve inside
cistern is defective
▶ Replace the flat gasket.
Fill valve in the cistern is defective ▶ Replace the fill valve.
WC ceramic appliance is not being
flushed out properly.
Flush volumes set incorrectly
▶ Set the full and partial flush
volume on the flush valve.
WC ceramic appliance is blocked
with limescale ▶ Descale the WC ceramic
appliance.
Interval flush cannot be triggered.
Software fault
▶ Interrupt the power supply
(mains fuse) for 10 seconds.
▶ Restart the WC flush control
with the Geberit app.
Power failure
▶ Check the power supply (mains
fuse).
Batteries flat

Lifting device defective
▶ Replace the lifting device. →
