Description of the appliance

The DC2 ”S“ controller is suitable for use with tubular motors or geared drive units. It has
the facility for the connection of radio control or keyswitch.

Radio control (optional)

The radio receiver board is easily fitted into the controller. To program the transmitter:

1.

Press the ”learning” key on the receiver unit momentarily. The control light beside
this key should begin to flash.

2.

Press and hold the transmitter key. When the transmitter is programmed in, the
control light will give a steady glow. (The control light will extinguish after a few
seconds).

Antenna

The antenna (27 Mhz 0.5 or 0.75 mm

x 2.0m long) or (433 Mhz 0.5 or 0.75 mm

2

x 20cm

long) should be connected to the receiver unit as indicated, and then fixed along the wall
at about 1cm distance from the wall (this can be acheived using plastic c clips).

Control function settings:

These are programmed by use of DIP-switches 1, 2 & 3.
When the relevant DIP-switch is switched on, it will flash for a 5 second period at either
1x or 2x flashes, and will then change to 2x or 1x. With reference to the table below, the
different functions are set simply by returning the switch to the OFF position when the
desired mode is indicated by the flashes.
