CLEARING RECORDED TRACKS

To erase the recorded tracks, press the [RECORD] 
button to enter record mode, select the required 
track clear option using the data control wheel (CL1 
to clear Track 1, CL2 to clear Track 2) then press the 
[RECORD] button again to delete the recording. 
The piano will automatically return to performance 
mode, with the display showing the selected voice 
number.

LEARNING FUNCTION

The DP-12 features in-built demo songs, each 
with separate left and right-hand parts that can 
be turned off/on as required, providing a great 
learning function.

Press and hold the [DEMO/LEARN] button to 
enter the learning mode, then use the data control 
wheel to select the required song. The song 
number will be shown on the display and both the 
[METRONOME/LEFT] and [FUNCTION/RIGHT] 
buttons will light up. Select from the following 
options:

Press [RECORD] to listen to the full demo song 
(both left and right-hand sections together.)

Press [METRONOME/LEFT] to mute the left-hand 
song section. Pressing [RECORD] will now play the 
right-hand part of the song only, allowing you to 
play along/practice the muted section.

Press [FUNCTION/RIGHT] to mute the right-hand 
song section. Pressing [RECORD] will now play the 
left-hand part of the song only, allowing you to play 
along/practice the muted section.

To stop playback, press the [RECORD] button 
again.

To exit the learning mode, press the [DEMO/
LEARN] button to return to performance mode.
