1.  Pull out the drain tube located on the back of the unit to

Tank’s cap and wash the cap and rubber valve with water

by disconnecting the hose and adding a small amount of 

VRDS\ZDWHUWRLW6FUXEDVQHHGHGDQGULQVHWKRURXJKO\

The rinse water should drain out the port in the back.

5LQVHWKHFDSUXEEHUYDOYHWDQNDQGWKHEDVHZHOOWR

remove any residual soap (see illustration).   

DO NOT WASH THE SIDE TANK IN THE 
DISHWASHER.

Care should be taken to connect the correct tube to the Opal Side Tank. 

Tube should always be connected to the Side Tank whether it is installed on the 
left or right side of the Opal Nugget Ice Maker Dispenser. It is important to make
