Pressing the
Save to File
button saves the Diagnostics information in a text file, which,
if necessary, can be sent to a technical support team for analysis.
10. If you double click upon
Status
node, the next window will appear:
The
Status
window continuously shows the synchronization state of the DGT system.
The status of the system is updated continuously every 5 seconds.
11. To log out of EnerVista DGT-DG. Click on
Logout
. Once you log out, you have to press
the
Quick Connect
button to log back in. This feature is generally used when a
situation arises that necessitates a formal logout. Any accidental disruption
(computer breakdown for example) of the system will NOT log you out of the system; it
will still be active after the disruption is corrected. Manual logout avoids this. Under
normal operating conditions, the system will automatically log out when it has been
inactive for 5 minutes (unchangeable default).
