Enter the receiver’s address using the site select positions of the 
DIP switch (  in Figure 5).  

See Table 1 for a list of DIP switch address values. To enter the 
address number, first determine the base address with all the 
switches off: KTD-135=000, KTD-135-2=128, KTD-135-3=256, and 
KTD-135-4=384. Then determine the values that need to be added 
together with the base address to equal the desired address, and 
turn the DIP switch positions that correspond to those values to 
ON.

If the RS422 control cable does not loop out of the receiver to 
another unit, turn the termination switches (  in Figure 5) to ON.

The unit’s configuration jumper (see Figure 6) is preset at the factory to 
set terminals 15 and 16 as a normally open (N/O), dry contact. The 
setting of this jumper can be changed so that terminals 15 and 16 
function as a DC power output. 

Note:

 Changing the jumper setting requires an additional jumper. 

See Figure 6 for jumper settings.
