Oven cavity
The new pyrolytic porcelain enamel
finish makes cleaning easier. Its null
resistance to friction and scratches,
allows an easy removal of residues of
grease and foods.
For very large spatters, as soon as
the oven cools down, clean as much
of the spatter as possible.
Using a container with water and a
nylon brush, clean the stained
surface.
Change the water frequently to
keep it as clean as possible, dry the
surface with a paper towel. Do not
scrub.
If water leaves a white circle on the
finish, repeat the procedure starting
at the edge of the circle and ending
at the center.
Oven racks
The gliding rack provides safety and
easy access resulting in a greater
precision baking.
The oven racks can be cleaned with
a mild abrasive cleaner, following the
manufacturer’s instructions.
After washing, rinse and dry them
using a clean cloth.
To remove heavy stains, you can use
a scrubbing pad or a brush with stiff
bristles.
Interior of the oven door
and oven floor
The larger window allows a better
visibility to the interior of the oven.
For normal cleaning conditions, use
only soapy water. When there are
spills or heavy splatters you may use
mild abrasive cleaners and a scouring
pad.
Do not let the spills or food spatters
with a high content in sugar or acid
(such as milk, tomatoes, sauces, fruit
juices or pie filling) to stay on the
surface for long periods of time.
