1. Fix mounting plate on the wall horizontally.

2. Positoning the piping hole at position shown at figure.

The different shape of mounting plate has its position.

P reparation of indoor unit body

1. Take out cushion blocks on the left 

    and right angle beads as shown in 

    the following . The cushion blocks are no longer used.

2. Remove 2 cushions between the 

    cross-flow fan and the casing 

    3. There are 3 virtual segments on the case. Select the required virtual
         segment on the case  according to the piping outside direction .
         Remove it  by hands 

and clean the burr

 to let the power cable (with the plug) 

        pass through.

Cut the connecting wirings 1.5m longer than the pipe 

length.

Cut the pipes a little longer than measured distance.

Measure the distance between the indoor and the 
outdoor unit.

Use the accessory piping kit or the pipes.

Cut the pipes and cables 

Turn the pipe end down to avoid the metal 
powder entering the pipe.

Remove the burrs

Insert the flare nuts,mounted on the connection

Fit the copper end into the Bar of flare tool

Flare the pipe end.

Flaring the pipe.

Conne ction of piping

1.Align the center of the piping and sufficiently tighten

2.Finall y, tighten the flare nut with torque wrench until

the wrench clicks.
When tightening the flare nut with torque wrench ,
ensure the direction for tightening follows the arro

w

on the wrench. 

and 4. In case of left rear piping, please find the wall hole location A.
In case of right rear piping, please find the wall hole location C.
