  Do not run any SCSI, Ethernet, or Firewire Operation 

while performing either Disk Test. Permanent damage to the

3.6 Upgrading the DVSe 

Upgrading the software for the DVSe is accomplished via the ethernet port 
and a PC/Laptop equipped with a web browser. 

To properly upgrade the GE Security DVSe the following preconditions must 
exist:
