A
Check that all the equipment is present, record any deficiencies.
Visually inspect the exterior of the ADTS and its associated equipment for obvious signs of
damage, dirt and the ingress of moisture. If necessary, use mild liquid detergent and a
lint-free cloth to clean the external surfaces, see the “Safety and Installation” guide K0554.
Inspect the pressure outlet ports for ingress of dirt and moisture, if necessary, clean with a
lint-free cloth.

Visually inspect the pneumatic output connectors for damage.
Inspect the small o-ring on each pneumatic output connector for cuts and any signs of
wear; replace as necessary.
Visually inspect pneumatic hoses, electrical cables for cuts, splits and damage; replace as
necessary.

Before use, power-up the unit as detailed in the “Safety and Installation” guide K0554. Check
the date of the last calibration and, if necessary, refer to the manufacturer
.
Record any error messages and refer to Section Fault codes and error messages.
D
Daily and before use, carry out the SST and leak check detailed in Section ADTS leak check.
