(Using DOUBLE BOWLS in the CROCK)
Bread Puddings

1 (12-ounce) can evaporated milk
2 eggs
2 tablespoons butter, melted

5 slices bread, cut into 1-inch pieces
(about 5 cups)

6 slices bread, cut into 1-inch pieces
(about 6 cups)
Spray double bowls with nonstick cooking spray. Place 6 cups of bread cubes in one
double bowl. Combine 5 cups of bread cubes and chocolate chips and place in the
other double bowl. Combine the milk, eggs, butter, and brown sugar and pour into
each double bowl. Press down bread cubes until all are moistened. Pour water into
crock. Place double bowls in crock.
Cover and cook: High – 3 hours
