Chapter 3. Installing the Transducer Assemblies

3.2.2 Mounting the Insertion Mechanism (cont.)

Visually inspect the transducer, and make sure the top compression fitting is not loose.

IMPORTANT:

The stop ring at the end of the barrel should be loose.

DO NOT

tighten the compression fitting or you

could change the transducer alignment.
