SETTING THE MODULATOR
To set the modulator, carry out the steps listed below in the following
sequence:
1.
Hold the
“+”
key and the
“
-
”
key pressed down together; the current
system setting will be shown on the display; by pressing the
“
-
”
key,
the option can be changed (P=PAL, S=SECAM)
2.
Press the
“+”
key and the current carrier frequency setting will be
displayed; it can be changed by pressing the
“
-
”
key (for the SECAM
system the frequency is set at 6.5Mhz, while the frequency for the
PAL system can be set at 5.5 or 6.0 or 6.5Mhz)
3.
Press the
“+”
key and the current status of the modulator will be
displayed (ON or OFF); to change the status, push the
“
-
”
key.
The channel that appears on the display can be changed by pushing the
“+” o
r
“
-
”
keys (select a channel that is not occupied)
The level of the audio/visual signals can be adjusted using two
regulators
