CARE INSTRUCTIONS
After each use, allow the unit to thoroughly
cool, then empty.
Wipe the unit clean before storage.
You can expect some tarnish and
weathering of the steel over time.
Clean the cooking surfaces with food-safe
products intended for cleaning barbecues.
Avoid using metal utensils on the cast hot
stone to protect the surface.
ALWAYS USE CAUTION WHEN OPERATING
Use outdoors only, positioned on a flat, stable, non-flammable surface, such as the ground, rock or sand.
Keep vent holes clear.
Keep any flammable objects at least 90cm (35.4") away from the unit while hot.
Do not leave the unit unattended while in use.
Assemble the unit as shown above. Place your starter and fuel on top of the fuel plate inside the fuel bowl.
Do not use liquid accelerants — we suggest using solid or gel starters.
Open all vents and ignite the fuel. Once the fire is established, control the intensity of the fire by adjusting
the vent sliders (Careful, outer surfaces will be HOT). More open the vents = more air allowed into the fuel
bowl = more intense fire.
Place one of the cooking surfaces on the main unit using the lifting tool. The domed surface faces up. Once
heated, you’re ready to cook!
Keep children and pets away while in operation: Outer surfaces will be HOT.
When finished, close all vents and allow the fire to burn itself out. Do not handle the unit until it is cool.
After every use, when the unit is cool, clean out the ashes from the fuel bowl.
