Using the on-screen display

To start play at a particular DVD title or chapter number:

Press D
ISPLAY
on the remote control. The DVD player is in Title/chapter
search mode.

Select a title or chapter number by pressing the numeric buttons on the
remote control.
Example:
■
To select the number 3, press 3 .
■
To select the number 11, press +10 , 1 .

NTER
or (play).
To start play at a particular DVD title or CD track elapsed time:

Press D
ISPLAY
on the remote control. The DVD player is in Title/chapter
search mode.

Press the remote control cursor buttons and to switch between
Title/chapter search mode and Title/time search mode.

Select the elapsed time by pressing the numeric buttons on the remote
control.
Example:
■
To enter 3 minutes, 15 seconds, press 0 , 0 , 0 , 3 , 1 , 5 .
■
To enter 2 hours, 59 minutes, 35 seconds, press 0 , 2 , 5 , 9 , 3 , 5 .

If you are playing a DVD, press E
NTER
or (play).
-OR-
If you are playing a CD, the CD begins play automatically.
Important If you enter an incorrect number, press the
C
LEAR
button
on the remote control. All numbers will be cleared.
