Choose “Calibrate image from Diffractogram…” under the
“Microscope” menu (Figure 2-5). A diffractogram will be calculated
after placing a FFT ROI on the image (Figure 2-12).

A red line will appear on the diffractogram.
•
Position the endpoints of the red line on two symmetrical diffraction
peaks (Figure 2-12).
