Hazard warnings
Deep Fat Fryer
The deep fat fryer must not be operated without fat or oil. When level is below lowest limit this can
constitute a risk of fire. Do not remove heater during operation!
Feeding food in too large quantities or in a too wet condition increases the foaming of the oil and
reduces the quality!
In case of fat or oil fire use device lid for fire fighting. If device is burning
cover fryer immediately with lid! Switch off main switch, remove main plug!

Do NOT use water to extinguish oil or fat fire!
Applicable equipment must be available for fighting oil or fat fire: e.g. fire extinguisher,
stationary extinguishing facilities (Halon fire extinguisher).
Do not move deep fat fryer while hot oil or fat is in reservoir or receiver tank and do not remove
receiver tank when containing hot oil or fat. Allow oil or fat to cool down to min 60°C.
Used, contaminated oil/fat is highly inflammable and favours foaming.
Refilling of cold oil/fat to hot oil/fat is dangerous. Risk of spraying and burning.
