10. The function of the appliance allows for all types of processing to be done in the minimum amount of
time with the foods recommended below: thick vegetables, soups, mashed potatoes, creams, batters,
mayonnaise, almonds, pulp, cheese creams and whatnot.
IV.Operating instructions
CAUTION: Before connecting the unit to the mains, ensure that the electrical specifications of the machine,
as printed on the nameplate of the unit, are in accordance with the local power rating.
STARTING AND STOPPING THE BLENDER
1. Check that the on-off button (No.3) is in the released position.
2. Connect the appliance to the power supply.
3. Insert the stick or whisk into the appliance.
4. Press and hold the safety button (#1) if the appliance is equipped with it.
5. Press the on-off button (No. 3) and the blender will start.
6. To stop the blender, release the on-off button (No.1) and then the safety button (No.1) will be released
automatically.
Follow steps 1 through 5 above, then:
7. While the on-off button (No.3) is in the pressed position, press the lock button (No.4)
8. Release the on-off button (No.3), and the unit will operate continuously.
9. To stop the unit, press and release the on-off (No.3) button.
VARIABLE SPEED OPERATION
Follow steps 1 through 5 above, then:
10. Change the motor speed by turning the variable speed button (No.2) to maximum or minimum as
required. It is recommended to maintain a low speed when using the whisk. With the self-adjusting speed
system, once a speed is selected, it will remain constant, even if the consistency of the mixture changes.
