ELECTRIC CHAFING DISH 

Before using the machine, please read this manual carefully, and operate according to instructions.

1) This machine is only intended to heat food, not to cook it.

2) You cannot put this machine into water, it is dangerous and will damage the machine.

3) Please place the machine flat and do not move it while working.

4) Ensure that the unit is disconnected when not in use, during filling and cleaning.

5) The machine must be earthed and cannot be operated outdoors.

6) If the machine has a problem, please contact your dealer.

Caution:

This machine is suitable for heating food or soup, and instructions and features are given below:

1) Switch and indicator light

The switch has six positions: When the switch is set to ‘1’, the machine starts to run and the indicator 

light comes on; when the switch is set to ‘0’, the power is switched off and the indicator light also 

goes out.

2) Thermostat and operating light.

The thermostat monitors the temperature of the water in the water tank; when the switch is set to ‘1’, 

the heating element operates and the indicator light lights up.

When the water temperature reaches the set value, the switch turns off and the indicator light goes 

out at the same time; when the temperature drops about 10 °C from the set value, the switch turns 

on again and the indicator light comes on. This machine works automatically and keeps the food at a 

moderate temperature.

When you turn the thermostat to the maximum, the heating element will heat the water to 90°C 

(±10°C) for about 20 minutes, after which steam will come out of the edge of the pot.

If the temperature of the heating element exceeds 118°C, the machine’s overheating protection will 

cut off the power supply, and when the temperature of the heating element drops to the safety limiter, 

the machine will resume operation.

3) Water limitation line.

Before operating, please add suitable water to the water tank, the water tank with marks: Mini and 

Max.
