warning:

To avoid injury and damage to the appliance: Turn off and unplug the juicer

before cleaning.

never

touch the rotor or the juicing cone directly with bare handsor other

objects when the appliance is plugged into thepower outlet.

never place the motorblock, the power cord or the power plug in water or

other liquids or wash these in the dishwasher.
caution:

To avoid damage,

do not

use any abrasive cleaners, corrosive chemicals (i.e.

disinfectants, bleach) or cleaning pads for operation or cleaning.

do not

 use any hard or

sharp utensils for operation or cleaning. Always handle the entire appliance and all parts of

it with care and without violence. The motorblock and most of the parts are made of polished

stainless steel. Abrasive cleaners and abrasive tools will damage the surface.
The you can soak all removable parts with dried food residue in warm soapy water, then

whipe with a brush made of plastic. All parts that come directly into contact with food during

operation, can be cleaned in the dishwasher.

•  Before first use, clean all removable parts with warm soapy water.
•  During operation: if you process large ammounts of fruit, empty regularly the stainless steel

filter from the pulp, so the stainless steel filter and the juice spout will not clog. Rinse all remo-

vable parts of the appliance under clear water.

•  After operation: If you do not use the appliance for a long time (several

hours to overnight), clean the removable parts carefully with soapy water

or in the dishwasher.

•  Do not leave food residue dry on the appliance, since such residues is

difficult to remove and may leave stains.
Due to the fruit acid the stainless steel parts (stainless steel filters, juicing cone,

juice collector) may start tarnishing after being used for a long time. This has

no effect on the use and on the taste.

11.

Always turn off the appliance before cleaning (Fig. Q) and then unplug

the power cord from the outlet.

12.

Close the juice spout. Press the juice spout upwards until it clicks (Fig.

R). This means that no juice remains will accidentally drop from the juice

collector.

13.

Move the juicing press arm without force down, until the fruit dome is

located directly above the juicing cone, then press the gray button on the

top of the fruit dome, which can be seen in the middle of the juicing press

arm (Fig. S). The fruit dome disconnected from the juicing press arm.

14.

Move the juicing press arm back up and lift up the fruit dome, juicing

cone, stainless steel filter and juice sollector together from the motor block

(Fig. T). Keep the components as level as possible, so that the remaining

juice does not drip out in of the juice collector.
