appliance, if you do not use the appliance for a long period of time (several hours, overnight)

sharp utensils for operation or cleaning. Always handle the entire appliance and all parts of
it with care and without violence. The motorblock and most of the parts are made of polished
stainless steel. Abrasive cleaners and abrasive tools will damage the surface.
The you can soak all removable parts with dried food residue in warm soapy water, then
whipe with a brush made of plastic. All parts that come directly into contact with food during
operation, can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
• Before first use, clean all removable parts with warm soapy water.
• During operation: if you process large ammounts of fruit, empty regularly the stainless steel
filter from the pulp, so the stainless steel filter and the juice spout will not clog. Rinse all remo-
vable parts of the appliance under clear water.
• After operation: If you do not use the appliance for a long time (several
hours to overnight), clean the removable parts carefully with soapy water
or in the dishwasher.
• Do not leave food residue dry on the appliance, since such residues is
difficult to remove and may leave stains.
Due to the fruit acid the stainless steel parts (stainless steel filters, juicing cone,
juice collector) may start tarnishing after being used for a long time. This has
no effect on the use and on the taste.

Always turn off the appliance before cleaning (Fig. Q) and then unplug
the power cord from the outlet.

Close the juice spout. Press the juice spout upwards until it clicks (Fig.
R). This means that no juice remains will accidentally drop from the juice
collector.

Move the juicing press arm without force down, until the fruit dome is
located directly above the juicing cone, then press the gray button on the
top of the fruit dome, which can be seen in the middle of the juicing press
arm (Fig. S). The fruit dome disconnected from the juicing press arm.

Move the juicing press arm back up and lift up the fruit dome, juicing
cone, stainless steel filter and juice sollector together from the motor block
(Fig. T). Keep the components as level as possible, so that the remaining
juice does not drip out in of the juice collector.
