ADJUSTING THE TEMPERATURE OF WATER IN THE HEATING SYSTEM

If the switch marked with letter “C” is rotated in clockwise direction, the temperature will increase, if it is

turned counter clockwise, the temperature will decrease, the 3 changes made concerning temperature

can be observed on the display screen marked with 3.After selecting the  maximum operating

temperature of heating system, the current temperature of heating system will be displayed, the

adjustments made are obviously valid while working in winter mode.

3.4 INSPECTION OF THE PRESSURE IN HEATING SYSTEM

The pressure of  heating system must be  periodically

checked since its pressure must be kept between 1,5  to

2 bars.

In the HI version (the model with the display screen),

the pressure can be monitored via the pressure gauge

marked with 2  from the  display screen  of  pressure

control panel when the wall hung  boiler is ON. Sunplus

and Moon models (the models with switches) the

mentioned value of pressure can be directly seen from

the manometer marked

“D”

.

If the pressure value read is below 1,5 bars, the  filling

tap should be slowly opened (See figure nr. 16) and the

system should be refilled, once the gauge displays the

desired value, the tap is turned off.

3.5 TURNING THE WALL HUNG BOILER OFF

You can turn the wall hung boiler off by pressing the switch marked with ‘A” and  holding  for more then

two seconds concerning the HIGHER MODELS, and  by turning the  switch marked with “A” to  off

position. (Concerning Standard and Medium versions (with buttons)

Thus the anti-freezing system will be active  and  this system will activate when the water sent to system

goes below 5°C, this maintains boiler perform at maximum level until the water rises to 12°C, following

this stage is a circulation. (the circulation provider operates for 180 seconds).

In order to put the device completely out of use and service, it has to be disconnected.

IN WHICH CASE, ALL ANTI FREEZING FUNCTIONS ARE INACTIVE

If the device is not going to be used for longer periods, the gas tap must be turned off and the electricity

that leads to wall hung  boiler must be cut off by the bipolar circuit breaker on the device, especially in

order to prevent the damages caused by freezing during winter period, both the water in the  heating

system and the tap water should be discharged. The water in the heating system may cause  evacuation

if antifreeze mixture is added to it.

4.  OPERATING THE DEVICE WITH EXTERNAL THERMOSTAT

In cases when the device must work with an external thermostat, the said apparatus must be  purchased

from a dealer and while installing, the following recommendations should be followed.

-

Mount the thermostat to a exterior wall that is not subject to direct sunlight, the walls facing  West and

East are recommended.

-

Connect the bipolar cable from the external thermostat to the connectors at the back of the control

panel (See Figure 7 in INSTALLING electricity connections section).

The proper connection of the  thermostat can be  checked with the display of corresponding sign on

screen and by the flashing of letter i concerning the HIGHER version (article 7 figure nr. 15).

Following the wall hung boiler thermostat connection, the temperature adjustment of the water sent to

heating system will be  automatically  determined  in proportion with the temperature determined outside.

During the said determining process, the previously selected “KE” factor and previously determined

ambient temperature values are effective.

For determining the ambient temperature,

“C” button is used

. This button automatically cancels  heating

system temperature adjustment function and the wall hung boiler will be performed by wall hung boil.

In order to adjust the “KE” factor, the OTHER ADJUSTMENTS paragraph  in  ADJUSTMENTS and

MAINTENANCE section must be considered (Page 28).

The temperature of the water sent to the heating system can be automatically determined by the

formula written hereunder.

T delivered water = (T ambient - T ext.) x KE + T base

The symbols mean:

T delivered water

= the temperature of the water sent to the heating system

T ambient

= the temperature the area where the wall hung boiler is installed

T exterior

= the temperature of outside determined by the thermostat
