Instructions for adjustment
13 Basic condition
a) Clearance between the throat plate and the bobbin case stopper.

Condition :
Clearance between the top end of the bobbin case resting groove on the throat plate and the top
face of the bobbin case stopper of the hook : 1,4 mm .
b) To adjust the needle height and the hook course. (Fig. 11)
The hook must be so interrelated with the needle that at the moment when the hook point begins
to take up the upper thread loop, the upper edge of the needle eye comes aproximately 1
÷
1,2
mm under the hook point.
Rotate the hand wheel towards you until the needle reaches its bottom position and reacends by
3 mm. In this position, the hook point must lie in the needle axis.

c) The range of technological use
Needle: 134 LR size 75 – 130. According to the chosen material, threads and needle gauge it is
necessary to choose throat plate (table I3- Parts Book) .
Standard hook. Sewing speed max. – 3300(spm). Stitch length max.-8mm.
