After one hour of inactivity, a Move! message appears, and

segments appear after every 15 minutes of inactivity. The

Goal Alerts
: Displays a message when you reach your daily
steps goal or weekly intensity minutes goal.
Sunrise Alert
: Displays a message a specific number of
minutes or hours before the actual sunrise occurs.
Sunset Alert
: Displays a message a specific number of minutes
or hours before the actual sunset occurs.
Relax Reminder
: Displays a message when your stress level is
elevated.
Abnormal HR Alert
: Displays a message you when your heart
rate exceeds a certain number of beats per minute (bpm)
after a period of inactivity (

Vibration
: Turns vibration on or off and sets the vibration
intensity.
Reset Notification Settings
: Allows you to reset all notifications
and alerts settings back to the default values.
Turning Off Activity Tracking
When you turn off activity tracking, your steps, intensity minutes,
and sleep tracking are not recorded.
