(the year of manufacture is clearly indicated on the tool identification plate, followed the serial number) and whose function
is “A walk-behind or ride-on powered machine which uses the ground to determine the depth of cut and which is equipped
with an assembly appropriate to slit or scratch the surface of the lawn in gardens, parks and other similar areas.”, comply
with all the requirements stated by the Directive 2006/42/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 May
2006 on machinery, and amending Directive 95/16/EC
