Calibration
NOTE
Requires a calibrated sensor for the calibration!
The vacuum controller uses a linear calibration of the sensor. The support points for the cal-
ibration are the atmospheric pressure and the ultimate pressure "low pressure" of the sys-
tem.
Atmospheric pressure
500...1500
1
1000
mbar
Ventilation valve open.
The pump is switched off.
The sensor is subjected directly to the ambient pressure.
Low pressure
1...200
1
1
mbar
Ventilation pressure closed.
The pump runs at a rotation of 100%.
The sensor is subjected directly to the ultimate pressure.
NOTE
The system must be at equilibrium when the pressure is input.
à The pressure value must be constant.
Hysteresis
1...200
1
10
mbar
Hysteresis is a range of tolerance around the pressure setpoint.
NOTE
A hysteresis value that is too small can cause frequent switching of the vacuum con-
trol valve and reduce the service life of the vacuum control valves!

In case of power failure, the last active operating mode is started again.
NOTE An automatic start-up can cause undesired reactions. Heed the safety instructions

Setting this option disables all other ventilation settings in the individual modes. Enabling
ventilation can be protected with an ADMIN password if necessary.
The devices have a connection for inert gas DN4.
