Clean/remove dirt/residue around

Thermocouple is not operating
correctly
Replace thermocouple
Burner will not light
Gas cylinder is frosted over
Allow the gas cylinder to naturally
defrost. Never apply any heat
in an attempt to speed up the
defrosting.
Blockage in opening
Clear blockage
Control knob is not in ON position
Turn control knob to ON
Burner flame is low
Gas pressure is low
Replace the gas cylinder
Outdoor temperature is less than
5°C
Use a full cylinder
There is blockage in either the
burner or orifice
Locate and clear the blockage
Carbon deposit/build up
Dirt or film on reflector and burner
screen
Cleaner reflector and burner
screen
Blockage in burner
Remove blockage and dry clean
the burner inside & outside.
