Warranty 

Independently  from  the  dealer’s  obligations  towards  the  end  customer  re-
sulting from the purchasing contract, we provide a warranty for this electrical 
tool in accordance with the following terms:  
In the case of proper use of your raker we grant a guarantee 36 months on 
the motor and housing as well as on all electrical components. Wearing parts 
and damages caused by wrong accessories, non-original replacement parts, 
employment of force, strokes or breaking as well as by the mischievous over-
stressing of the motor are not covered by this warranty.
Within  the  warranty  period,  damaged  tools  can  be  sent  to  the  service  address 
shown.  Please contact our helpline before sending any  product. You will be pro-
vided with a new or repaired tool at no charge.
After the termination of the warranty period, you still have the possibility to 
send damaged devices to the address shown to have them repaired. Any re-
pairs occurring after the termination of the warranty period will be charged. 
In case of any actions carried out on the tool by unauthorised persons, the 
warranty will be held void.
This does not aff ect your statutory rights.
What your 3 Year Warranty means: „Great care has gone into the manufacture of 
this product and it should therefore provide you with years of good service when 
used properly. In the event of product failure within its intended use over the 
course of the fi rst 3 years after date of purchase, we will remedy the problem as 
fast as possible once it has been brought to our attention. In the unlikely event of 
such an occurrence, or if you require any information about the product, please 
contact us via our helpline support service, details of which are to be found both 
in this manual and on the product itself”.
