Elevated Grow Shelter

Frame Assembly
Step 1.
Organize and identify all parts.
Step 2.
Assemble one end of the Grow Shelter frame by
connecting two Bow Frame sections with a 3-way Connector
(Figure 1). Add a 4-way Connector to base of each Bow Frame
section. See Figure 1 Upper Corner detail for the correct
orientation of the 4-way Connector. Be sure to orient the open
sides of all Connectors so that they face the same direction.
Step 3.
Add a Short Tube to the bottom of both 4-way Connectors
(Figure 1). Connect the two 4-way Connectors with a Long
Tube.
Step 4.
Add a 4-way Connector to the bottom of both Short Tubes.
See Figure 1 Lower Corner detail for orientation of parts. Be sure
to orient the open sides of all Connectors in the same direction.
Step 5.
Repeat Steps 2 through 4 to complete the other end of the Grow Shelter. Use
the remaining five Long Tubes to connect the two assembled ends (Figure 2).
Step 6.
Place the assembled Grow Shelter frame onto your 4' x 4' Elevated Raised Bed,
setting the bottom of the 4-way Connectors into the open tops of the aluminum
corners of the bed. Note: You may have to remove the plastic Corner Caps if your
bed was previously assembled.
Step 7.
Use the four Pipe Clamps and Screws to fasten the assembled frame to your
raised bed. Slide the curved part of the clamp over the Long Tube and screw it into
the cedar side of the raised bed. Repeat to attach Pipe Clamps to the other three
sides of the raised bed.
