Only an original GARDENA blade is allowed to be used.
A new blade can be ordered by the GARDENA Service.
1. Push the button

and slide the lid

downwards.
2. Remove the blade

3. If necessary clean the transmission chamber and lubricate the excentric drive

with some acid-free grease (Vaseline).
4. Turn the excentric drive

downwards.
5. Pull the crank

on the back side of the blade

downwards.
6. Slide the ring

in the middle of the crank
w

7. Place the new blade

on the motor unit in such a way that the excentric drive
q
is inserted in the ring
e
of the crank
w
.
8. Slide the lid

upwards until it makes a click.
Problem
Possible Cause
Remedy
The jack flashes red
while charging
Allowed battery temperature
was exceeded.

Let the battery cool down.
Restart the charging.
Runtime too low
Blade soiled.

Clean and lubricate scissor blade in
accordance with the maintenance
instructions.
Unit does not cut cleanly
Blade blunt or damaged.

Change the blade (see above).
