ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
The manufacturer warrants this product to be free from manufacturing defects and defects in material for 12
months from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions. This warranty gives you specific legal
rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, ARE LIMITED
TO THE DURATION OF THIE WARRANTY.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied
warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
In all events, the manufacturer’s liability is limited to the cost of replacing the defective part or parts, as
determined in the manufacturer’s sole discretion, and the manufacturer shall not be liable for any special,
incidental, or consequential damages caused as a result of any defect. Some states do not allow the
exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not
apply to you. To make a claim under this Limited Warranty for a manufacturing defect or a defect in material,
you must notify the manufacturer, in writing, at the following address:

This written statement must be accompanied with proof of purchase in the form of a sales receipt or invoice
copy and must set forth at least the following information: your name and address, the date of purchase, and
a description of the claimed defect.
This Limited Warranty does not apply to, and the manufacturer assumes no responsibility for, damage or
defect due to any one or more of the following:
1. Improper handling, maintenance, or installation of the product.
2. Modification or alteration to the product in any manner which increases its susceptibility to damage.
3. Any case where the product has been misused, intentionally damaged, or damaged as a result of
negligence by you.
4. Use of the pump with anything other than fresh water at temperatures of 32° to 86° F (0° to 30° C) and
with a pH range of 5 to 9.
To the extent that any warranty exclusion herein is not permitted by some state law, the said exclusions may
not apply to you.
