When you set the timer in the mechanical commands versions, the oven is turned ON, the
timer led and the internal oven light will turn on and the cooking time of food will be set.
To have humidification in the cooking chamber, press the humidifier button placed on the
control panel. Every time you press this button you will get humidification in the oven.
To produce steam, the temperature inside the cooking chamber cannot be less than
120°C.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS
You must UNPLUG the machine from the electricity main every time you clean the oven.
This operation should be done very often since the oven must be kept in a very clean
condition at all times.
Daily cleaning operations should be done with the oven at a temperature of about
40°/50°C; be careful when cleaning gaskets and hinges to avoid door closure problems.
Use only simple oven detergents; these must not be too aggressive. The use of non
compatible detergents or cleaning devices might cause corrosion to the components of the
machine.
