GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
You are kindly requested to read these instructions very carefully to make sure you follow all safety
procedures and to obtain the best performance from your oven.
Our machines have been through a final quality control inspection performed by trained factory
personnel. Installation and maintenance operations must be performed by qualified and authorized
personnel.
Before installation of machine you must check that the power supply in your premises is equivalent
to that indicated on the technical data plate of the oven.
Electrical safety of this machine is ensured only if it is connected to an efficient earth system
respecting CEI norms (this must be inspected on a regular basis)
The hot air slots of the machine must NOT be obstructed at any time.
Before cleaning the oven make sure you unplug it from the main electric socket.
After daily operations, clean the cooking chamber carefully.
Do not use steel-wool scrubbers to clean the oven.
Keep this instructions booklet in a safe place for future reference.
INSTALLATION
Preparation of Machine
Before installing the oven, remove the adhesive film protecting the stainless steel body and clean
any sticky remains.
Installation Location
The oven should be installed in a ventilated environment and its back must be placed at least
10cms away from any wall.
