5. Preparation for use
CAUTION
Crush hazard during assembly work
Crush hazard for the hands and feet during assembly work and when closing the drawers.
»
Wear foot protection and safety gloves.
» Make sure the workbench is standing securely.
» Before starting work, apply the parking brakes on the castors.
» Assembly of the roller cabinet and mobile workbench requires two persons.
5.1. ATTACHING THE ROLLERS

To avoid damaging the visual appearance of the product, use the cardboard packaging as an underlay.
ü Align the transport packaging with the arrow facing upwards and remove it. Remove the storage surface, if necessary.
1. Remove all castors/wheels and cross-beam from drawer or base container of roller cabinet.
2. Lock drawers, pull out key.
3. Only article no. 914505: Close shutters.
4. Stand roller cabinet on its head.
5. Using a spanner, fasten two castors to the casing, each with an M12x25 hex screw and an M12 plain washer.
6. Using a spanner, fasten two fixed wheels to the cross-beam, each with an M12 nut and an M12 plain washer.
7. Fasten the cross-beam with the fixed wheels attached to the casing using 4x M8x15 hex screws and 4x M8 plain wash-
ers.
8. Turn the roller cabinet over onto its assembled castors/wheels.
9. Lock the castors by applying the parking brake.
10. Install the storage surface.
5.2. ATTACHING THE SLOTTED PARTITIONS
1. Position the slotted partitions in the drawer
2. Attach the slotted partitions from below using the supplied screws and nuts.
5.3. PUSHING THE ROLLER CABINET
CAUTION
Collision with roller cabinet
Crush hazard for the body in the event of collision with roller cabinet.
»
Make sure the paths for movement and transport are clear.
» No persons must be present in the direction of travel.
1. Lock the drawers.
2. Only article no. 914505: Close shutters.
3. Release the parking brake on the castors.
4. Push the roller cabinet.
