Introduction
The central power supply
MultiPower-12-HP
supplies up to twelve devices with 12 Volt
in the standard setting. The maximum power consumption permitted per device is
1.2 A.
After a port with
even
number of a port group is switched off, the port with
odd
num-
ber of this group can supply up to 2.4 A (high power).
Use power loop cables to connect the Mini-DIN 4 sockets of up to twelve devices to
one of the Mini-DIN 4 sockets of the central power supply.
Two internal power packs ensure the redundant power supply of the
Multi-
Power-12-HP
.
The LEDs on the front and the back panel show the device’s operating status and
the load of all active devices.
The web application
Config Panel
provides a graphical user interface to monitor the
central power supply.
By default, the central power supply switches on all 12 power outlets. You can also
switch each
Power Out
socket separately via »Config Panel«, SNMP or text-based
control (see page 6).
