Within the second cascade level, more than 256 target computers can be con-
nected. For this, the matrix switches have to be interconnected. However, they are
not connected to the master device but to the matrix switch of the first cascade
level. The procedure used to connect these matrix switches is exactly the same as
described above:
Tip:
Using the procedure described above, the matrix switches
CATCenter X2
,
CATCenter X4
und
CATCenter X8
can be used as slave devices.
