Fix it with the three screws (two M6 x 20 and one M6 x 16),
as shown in the following drawing:

Insert the tray arm
onto the pivot.
Usage
ATTENTION
Improper use of the rotating tray may cause damages to the defibrillator.
Make sure you do not exceed the maximum allowable loading weight of 12 kg
(reported in the label that is stuck to the base of the tray surface).
The dimensions of the defibrillator used must be compatible with the tray.
Do not lean on or pull the defibrillator to move the trolley.
Do not lay additional weights onto the defibrillator.
When you move the trolley, the tray shall be moved back to the safety position

within the trolley profile
Rotate the tray by lifting
up the special knob (a)
until you reach one of the
three pre-set positions
and
then
place
the
instrument on it.
Lay the defibrillator inside
the tray borders.
Removal
Follow the procedure described for assembly in reverse order.
