Installation
Install main body of the air condi-
tioner
1.
Install indoor units temporarily.
Attach the pendant rack to the pen-
dant rod bolts, and make sure to
use nuts and washers at two ends
of the pendant rack respectively.
Securely fix the pendant rack. To
prevent the washer from falling by
using washer position plate.
2. Install to the ceiling
Refer to the mounting template for
the opening size of the ceiling.
The center of the opening of ceiling
is marked on the mounting template
.
The center of the unit is marked both
on the tag of the unit and the mount-
ing template.
Fasten the mounting template on the
unit with screws and tighten the
corner of the drainage groove of
the pipe outlet.
3.
Adjust the unit to proper installation
position. (Refer to figure 3)
4.
Check whether the unit is horizon-
tal.
The indoor unit is equipped with a
water pump and a floating switch.
Check whether the four corners are
horizontal with a horizontal gage.
(If the unit slopes to the opposite
direction of the condensation wa-
ter flow, the floating switch might
be in malfunction and cause water
leakage.)
5.
Remove the washer position plate
used to prevent the washer from
falling, and tighten the nut.
6.
Remove the mounting template.
Tighten the nuts and screws to
prevent air conditioner from falling.
