Fault
Probable cause
Solution
Water at the outlet is cold.
Set water temperature is too low.
Increase the set water temperature.
Damaged bathroom battery.
Check water temperature at a different water outlet, the battery could be
damaged.
Incorrect connection of the circulation pump.
Check if the circulation pump is properly connected.
The heat pump shuts down before
reaching the set temperature.
The temperature of the intake air is too low.
Change the intake point to a room with high enough air temperature, use
another heat source.
Air ducts are too long, obstacles (elbows, chimney),
obstructed vents or evaporator.
Adjust the air ducts' length according to the manual, unblock the air ducts,
check evaporator's condition (clean if necessary).
The heat pump, despite continuous
work, does not reach the set
temperature.
Transfer of heat from the water tank to the CH system.
Check the CH 's connection to the heat pump's tank. Check valves should be
installed near the spiral coil to prevent heat loss from the tank. If no check
valves are used, the shutoff valves should be closed during the heat pump's
operation.
Loss of heat due to circulation.
If the circulation pump is electrically connected to the heat pump's control-
ler, check the circulation pump's settings. Limit the time of work. The follow-
ing icon indicates if the circulation pump is switched on:
If the circulation pump uses an external power supply then there is no pos-
sibility of controlling the time of operation by the heat pump's controller.
Constant or excessive consumption of hot water.
Check the water's heating cycle if no water is drawn from the tank.
No hot water outflow.
Running water was cut off.
Check the cold water supply system (check if the valves are open) and the
pressure in the installation.
The display is off.
Incorrect power plug connection.
Check the power plug.
No readings from temperature sensors.
Incorrect electrical connection of sensors to the
controller.
Check the connection of the connectors at the back of the heat pump's
controller.
Water leakage.
Leaky hydraulic connections.
Seal the hydraulic connections and check the connection spigots.
Improperly leveled device.
Check if the device is leveled and the drainage of the condensate .
The air ducts are not insulated.
When cold air flows through the air duct, the condensation of water may
occur, air ducts should be insulated.
Incorrect positioning of the condensate drain hose.
The said hose should be positioned in a sloped fashion and connected to
a sewer or drain grate. Check if the hose is not bent, as it may prevent the
flow of water.
Occlusion of the condensate drain hose.
Unblock the drain hose.
Unusual sound during compressor's
startup.
Damaged capacitor, which prevents the compressor
from starting up.
Contact the service, the capacitor needs to be replaced.
Unusual sound during heat pump's
operation.
Foreign object obstructing the air flow in the device.
Check the evaporator's patency, condition of the fan guard and air ducts.
The electric heater does not heat.
Defected thermal switch of the heater.
Check the thermal switch located under the heat pump's front panel.
Thermal switch's breakout could have been the result of an empty water
tank for example.
The symbol presented beside signifies that it is prohibited to dispose of worn electrical and electronic devices together with other waste.
These products should be delivered to assigned waste collection points for waste processing. A proper recycling of electrical and electronic
devices helps to protect the natural environment and prevents negative impact on human health.
