Making hot dogs in your HOT-DOg-MAKEr
• Place the hot-dog-maker on a dry, flat and even surface.
• Fill the base with cold water up to the Max-Water level mark.
• Place the container on top of the base ensuring that the container is securely fastened between
the holding clips.
• Put a hot dog sausages into the container (maximum is 16). Then place the cover on top of the
container.
• Slide a roll onto the roll heater.
• Plug the power plug into a correctly grounded power socket and switch on the hot-dog-maker
using the on/off switch to “II” position..
• Heat the sausages for about 6 - 8 minutes. The actual heating time varies depending on how
the sausages were stored. For example, the heating time increases, if the sausages were kept
cool before cooking. The cooking time is also dependent on the number and the size of the
sausages.
• Several rolls can be heated during the sausage heating period. When exchanging rolls, do not
touch the roll heater, it is hot!
• When the sausages are cooked, remove the cover carefully from the container. Take out the
sausages using kitchen tongs or a similar kitchen tool. Do not attempt to take the sausages out
with your hands!
• Switch the device off immediately after use, using the on/off switch and disconnect the plug
from the power socket. Do not unplug the plug from the socket by pulling the power cord;
always grasp the power plug.
• Serve the hot dogs with your favourite garnish, such as mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, roasted
onions, sliced cucumber etc.
