TIME DEFROST

1. In standby mode, press DEFROST/TIME/ WEIGHT button once.
2. Use number buttons to set defrosting time. The longest time is 99 minutes and 99 seconds.
3. Press START button to start.
NOTE: During defrosting, the system will pause to remind user to turn food over, and then press 
START button to resume the defrosting.

WEIGHT DEFROST

The defrosting time and power level are automatically set once the food category and weight 
are programmed.
1. In standby mode, press DEFROST/TIME/ WEIGHT button twice.
2. Use number buttons (1~3) to select food category.
3. Press START button.
4. Use number buttons to set food weight.
5. Press START button to start.
The maximum allowable weight for each category is shown below:
