2.2. INSTALLATION GALA MIG MIG SYSTEM (WITHOUT COOLING).
The figures below show the installation process for the GALA MIG equipment with self-cooled torch (without
cooling).
B- CONTROL
hose.
C- Shielding GAS.
D- POSITIVE supply pole.
E- Shielding gas conduit.
F- Pressure reducing valve.
G- Welding torch.
H- Earth tap.
M-
Welding earth cable.
N-
Power Supply hose
O-
Connection plug.
The gas bottle is joined to the system with conduit E, which
is connected to the rear of the power source. The gas flow can
be controlled with the pressure reducing valve F to a
recommended value between 10 and 12 l/min. (wide range
depending on wire)
The power source earth tap are designated with letter H.
The grounding is unique in the GALA MIG 3000 and GALA
MIG 3800 equipment (see figure below). In the GALA MIG
4000 and GALA MIG 5000 equipment we must connect the
earth cable J to a earth tap H, which will be chosen depending
on the thickness to be welded (see section 3.1).
