Power on the TV box, but TV detects no
signal
Make sure the HDMI /AV cable is securely
connected firmly. Make sure the TV is selected
for the correct HDMI/AV port.
Can’t power on the TV box
Make sure the power adapter is correctly
plugged, if the unit is powered on, the status
indicator at the front panel will lights in red.
Can’t connect to Wi-Fi or Ethernet network
Make sure you have connected to Wi-Fi
network or Ethernet network, check whether the
network has been successfully encrypted
password.
TV display is not in full screen size
Please check the display settings.
