must respect the current hygiene standards
in the country where the machine is installed,
and must make sure that the periodic
cleaning and maintenance operations are
properly carried out.
- The operator assigned to machine use must
never use it whilst barefoot.

from an insulating and anti-static material
(e.g.: wood) and a circuit breaker compliant
with the local legal provisions in order to
minimise the risk of electrical shock.
- Never touch the espresso spouts and hot
water/steam nozzles with your hands or
other parts of the body, as the liquid/steam is
dispensed at a high temperatures and could
cause serious burns.
- Never operate the machine without water.
- Any obstructions could result in sudden
jets of hot liquids or steam, with potentially
serious consequences. Keep the water is
clean as possible using filters and water
softeners.
- The cups must be thoroughly dried before
being placed on the dedicated surface.
