Fault
Cause and troubleshooting
The appliance has
switched off the cook-
ing zone. The illumin-
ated ring on the con-
trol knob flashes.
The control knob has not been turned for an extended period. The safety shut-off has
switched the heating process off.
1.
Turn the control knob to 0.
2.
Switch the appliance back on.
The appliance is too hot.

The indicator flashes.
The appliance has not detected the cookware.

Ensure that the cookware is suitable for use with an induction hob.

Ensure that the diameter of the base of the cookware corresponds to the size of the
cooking zone.
