Setting down the cookware
1.
If you have already set a power level for a cookware be-
fore you activate this cooktop mode, the cooking zone
display of this cookware does not show a power level.
You have to confirm the power level that is assigned to
the cooking surface section.

surface, you have to confirm the assigned power level.

Changing the power level during dynamic cooking
You can change the preset power levels while you are
cooking.

Touch the area you want to change and set a different
power level in the display.
Note: When you deactivate the function, the power levels
return to the default values.

The currently active power levels for each item of cook-
ware are retained.
6.6 Professional cooking
Use this function for cooking processes that require the
power level to be changed frequently. This allows you to
change the power level during cooking by moving the
cookware to the left or right.
This function turns the entire cooking surface into a single
cooking area with three different default power levels. De-
pending on the position of the cookware, the preset power
level for this position is applied automatically. The cooking
zone display shows the power level used for a particular
piece of cookware.

You can change the default power levels in the basic set-
tings menu.

The functions Power Boost and Pan Boost are not avail-
able while professional cooking is active.

While professional cooking is active, the other cooktop
modes are not available.

Activating professional cooking

Place the cookware on the cooking surface.

Touch to enter the cooktop mode menu.

The three default power levels are displayed on the dis-
play.

When you move cookware over the cooking surface,
the cooktop automatically starts searching. The power
level of the cooktop section on which the cookware has
been detected is set automatically.

Combining cooktop surface sections
The cooktop surface sections with the default power levels
can be combined to form one large surface with the same
power levels.
