Individual recipes

It is possible to save up to 50

 

individual recipes. You 

can record a recipe. These recipes can be given a name 
so that they can be called up quickly and conveniently 
when required.

Recording a recipe

It is possible to set up to 5

 

phases consecutively while 

recording at the same time.

 to confirm.

Use the rotary selector to select a free memory 
location.

Use the rotary selector to set the required 
temperature.

The cooking time will be recorded.

To record another phase:
Turn the function selector to the required type of 
heating. Use the rotary selector to set the required 
temperature. This will start a new phase.

Once you have obtained the cooking result you 
want for the dish, touch the 

 &

 symbol to finish the 

recipe.

Enter a name for the recipe in "ABC".

Notes

The appliance will not start recording a phase until 
it has reached the set temperature.

Each phase must last at least 1

 

minute.

During the first minute of a phase, you can change 
the type of heating or the temperature.

Set a core temperature for a phase:

 

Connect the core temperature probe to the socket in the 
oven. Set the heating mode and the temperature. Touch 
the 

+

 symbol. Select the core temperature using the 

rotary selector and touch 

+

 to confirm.

Programming a recipe

You can programme and save up to five preparation 
phases.

The initial type of heating and temperature is 
displayed. You can change the type of heating and 
the temperature by using the rotary selectors.

Note: 

Cooking time cannot be set for phases with a 

programmed core temperature.
