3. Why can't I call my contact?
A: This may happen if you are in a place without cellular signal. Please move to somewhere with 
stronger signal strength immediately.

4. Why can't I activate my watch?
A: To activate your watch, you need to purchase a cellular plan from Gabb beforehand. You 
may purchase it at 

gabb.com.activate

. After making a purchase, restart your watch and run the 

activation again.
